Counseling Services

Trillergy Mental Health happily serves a range of diverse clients with specialized needs including: 

  • Survivors of unhealthy and/or abusive relationships (communication difficulties, emotional, verbal, or physical abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault)

  • LGBTQIA+ clients

  • Clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and/ or other mood disorders

  • Trauma survivors with Post Traumatic Stress symptoms, acute or chronic PTSD

  • Teen behavioral struggles (school avoidance, interpersonal relationship issues, parent relationships, etc.)

  • Teens and adults with ADHD and/or Executive Functioning deficits 

  • Life and career coaching


Trillergy is currently accepting individual clients ages 13 and up.
Trillergy does not take couples or groups at this time.

  • Self-paced programs: videos, exercises, and printable handouts teaching topics include LGBTQIA+ inclusivity, DBT for teens with anxiety and depression, healthy relationship skills for couples, ADHD and executive functioning hacks, emotional intelligence for beginners, and more

  • Corporate presentations: personalized presentations for employee professional development, topics include LGBTQIA+ inclusivity, stress management, communication and conflict resolution, and more

Insurance/ Payment

Trillergy Mental Health LLC currently operates on a private pay basis.

Trillergy is happy to offer a Sliding Scale to make therapy more affordable and as an alternative option to insurance. Elligibility is determined by annual income and household size compared with the Federal Poverty Limit. Submit 3 paystubs to trillergymentalhealth@gmail.com to see if you are eligible to receive up to 50% off your counseling sessions.
